Fragmentary Notes on Badassity

• Badassity isn't about trying to be something you’re not.
  It's not about achieving or performing or posing.
  It’s about uncovering the essence of who you already are and turning up the volume on your singular way of being you -- on purpose and in service of others.

• You don’t have to be an extrovert to be a badass, but you do have to allow yourself to shine. To be seen. I’m an introverted badass myself.
  You do not need to be masculine or macho to be badass. Badass women are glorious.

• Owning your badassity means uncovering your voice, your “look”, your gifts, your singular way of being.

• Badassity = the essence of you inspired . . . and turned up to 11

• Badassity has an edge that comes from commitment to a greater good and a willingness to say no to what doesn't align. It means setting aside "nice" in favor of authentic kindness and joy.

• My mission is for your to UNCOVER, OWN and EXPRESS your badassity in your business and in your life.
